Biography

Tim Kotnour is the Lockheed Martin St. Laurent Professor in the UCF Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Systems. He is the director of the UCF Engineering Leadership and Innovation Institute and the program director of the Professional Engineering Management Program.

He has conducted research, provided technical assistance, and conducted training workshops with local and national industry, government agencies, and universities on topics such as strategic management, management systems engineering, organizational learning, performance measurement and project management.
