Biography

Ahmet Ozbay is an associate lecturer in the UCF Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He holds doctoral and master's degrees in aerospace engineering from Iowa State University, and a bachelor's degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from Middle East Technical University. His research focuses on renewable energy, wind turbine aeromechanics, and wind farm optimization. He is also interested in low-speed aerodynamics, wind tunnel testing, vortex flow dynamics, and flow-structure interactions using particle image velocimetry.
