Biography

Ahmad Elshennawy is a professor in theUCF Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Systems, where he also serves as the associate chair and graduate program director. He earned his doctoral and master's degrees in industrial engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and holds a master's degree and bachelor's degree in production engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt. His research focuses on quality management, including ISO 9000 and Six Sigma, manufacturing systems, precision metrology, process improvement and housing constructability.
