We appreciate your interest and desire to pursue your graduate education with UCF’s College of Engineering and Computer Science. For information on general UCF graduate admissions requirements that apply to all prospective students, please visit the Admissions and Registration section of the Graduate Catalog. Applicants must apply online. Please be sure to submit all requested material by the established deadline(s).

Deadlines

The best time to apply for admission to the program is for the fall semester when the first two beginning courses are offered. Students who have sufficient background can apply to any of the three semesters during the year (fall, spring, and summer). The application deadlines are:

  • July 1 (Fall semester)
  • Dec 1 (Spring semester)
  • April 15 (Summer semester)

Recently, most programs have not accepted students for the summer terms; students should follow up with their program director for additional information. Please use the university’s academic calendar to find important dates and other deadlines.

International Admissions

International applicants have admission deadlines that are approximately 6 months before their chosen semester will begin. These deadlines are fixed due to the amount of paperwork and support materials needed for I-20s and other immigration documents. All questions about international paperwork should be directed to the UCF Global Office (407) 823-2337 or INTLadmissions@ucf.edu
