a partnership, association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the laws of or having its principal place of business in any of the Seven Countries, or a subsidiary of any such entity?
a political party or member of a political party¹ in any of the Seven Countries?
a person physically present in any of the Seven Countries and not a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States?

¹Political party = organization or combination of individuals whose aim or purpose is, or who are engaged in any activity devoted in whole or in part to the establishment, administration, control, or acquisition of administration or control of a government of any of the Seven Countries or a subdivision thereof, or the furtherance or influencing of the political or public interest, policies, or relations of a government of any of the Seven Countries or a subdivision thereof.
