Student Agenda
- 9 a.m.: Team Check-in
- Students arrive to set up their projects
- 10 a.m.: Live Judging Begins
- Judges will start to walk around and ask questions about the projects.
- Noon: Lunch
- Please stop by the window in the wall in ENG I, just outside of the ENG II atrium, to pick up your lunch. Meal tickets will be provided; one ticket per person.
- 3 p.m.: Live Showcase Concludes
- Teams break down their tables
- 3:30 p.m.: Judging Begins
- Awards ceremony begins; winners for all categories will be announced.
Judges Agenda
- 9 a.m.: Breakfast and Welcome
- Join us for a hot breakfast buffet with a welcome message from Dean Georgiopoulos
- 10 a.m.: Live Judging Begins
- Meet with the top 45 teams from the first round of presentations and identify the top teams for each category.
- Noon: Lunch
- Please return to the location of the welcome breakfast to have lunch.
- 3 p.m.: Live Showcase Concludes
- Teams break down their tables
- 3:30 p.m.: Award Ceremony
- Awards ceremony begins; winners for all categories will be announced.
Parking
Visitors can park in Garages C and D.
The award ceremony will take place in Health Sciences I, Room 119. To get there from the ENG II atrium:
- Head toward the elevators in ENG II.
- Continue down that hallway, past the bathrooms that will come up on your right.
- Exit ENG II through the doors at the end of that hall.
- Walk straight across the street towards Health Sciences I.
- The path labeled above will take you to a side door of the HS I building.
- Once inside, you will find Room 119 directly to your right.
