Graduate Research Assistant
Danay is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Computer Science at Florida International University (FIU). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in Spring 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences with the Computer Science Track in Fall 2021. She currently works as a Graduate Research Assistant at the School of Universal Computing, Construction & Engineering Education (SUCEED) at FIU.
Danay has held several leadership positions to promote diversity and inclusion in the tech community such as Co-Director of Social and Digital Media at Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE), Student Scholar at the Computing Alliance of Hispanic Serving Institutions (CAHSI), Chapter Director at TechTogether Miami, and President of the FIU Chapter of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS).
