The Water Dogs
We are The Water Dogs, a RoboBoat team based in Oviedo, Florida with a passion for STEM and robotics. In total, we have nine members on our team ranging from rising high school sophomores to recently graduated high school seniors. All of The Water Dogs have attended Hagerty High School and have participated in the Hagerty Robotics Program. We are excited to come back for the 2022 RoboBoat season with our new and improved boat!

Always Learning
The Water Dogs’ main goal is to learn, and we have a wonderful set of mentors to help us achieve this goal. Along with basic boat making, our members have been able to learn new types of programming software and CAD.
Why ROBOBOAT?
RoboBoat offers a new and exciting challenge for our members in the new field of aquatic robotics. The challenge and tasks provide a difficult set of problems for our programmers to solve. Different from our members’ usual school season competitions, they are excited to tackle new challenges while learning and developing new skillsets.
