UCF Environmental Engineering Founders Scholarship
Available Fall 2009 Semester
Scholarship Criteria
$1,000 scholarship
Scholarship is renewable if approved by the College Scholarship Committee
- Entering freshmen must be admitted to UCF and have a declared major of Environmental Engineering
- Applicant must be enrolled as a full time student
- Applicants must have a high school grade point average or 3.5 or greater and a SAT score of 1200 or greater.
- Applicant must submit one letter of reference from an individual familiar with the applicant's academic potential (not a family member)
- Recipients are eligible for renewal if they remain in good academic standing as an Environmental Engineering student and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. In addition, students must maintain satisfactory progress toward degree which is defined as completion of at least 30 semester hours per year (12 months). All credits must be applicable to a degree in Environmental Engineering.
