We appreciate your interest and desire to pursue your graduate education with UCF’s College of Engineering and Computer Science. The first step in our admissions process is to complete a pre-screening submission. This allows our graduate coordinators to look at your initial interest and credentials to decide if you should continue onto the official, university’s online application. To begin your graduate pre-screening submission, select the Create Account option on the left side.
A pre-screening submission is not required, but it is an opportunity to have your basic academic credentials reviewed prior to formally applying to the university and paying the application processing fee. Having your pre-screening submission approved does not guarantee admission or financial support from UCF.
You will need your passport or Social Security card to submit your application in your official name. You will also need your test scores, GPA, mailing address, email, and phone number form the school in which you earned your highest degree.
A decision will be made in approximately fourteen business days after the submission of your application. This period does not include weekends or university holidays.
Not supplying GPA and/or test score information may result in your pre‐application not being approved by your program’s graduate coordinator.
Once your submission is approved and your online admissions application is submitted, all admission materials should be sent to:
UCF’s College of Graduate Studies Millican Hall, Suite 230 PO Box 160112 Orlando, FL 32816-0112
Best of luck! We look forward to working with you throughout your admission process. If you have additional questions about the pre-screening submission process, you may contact gradengr@ucf.edu for assistance.
