The Evaluation and Proficiency Center is an CECS learning facility dedicated to success in coursework and advancement of career skills. It focuses on self-paced and instructor-assisted exam review and skills development. Its facilities are available to students who are enrolled in courses with online evaluation components.

Students can conduct self-paced review during proficiency hours and an appointment is recommended to reserve a seat. Appointments are also available to review course materials, remove technical doubts, and resolve grading concerns.

The EPC will be closing for select times during the semester to accomidate UCF Orientation sessions. Requests for sessions outside of normal business hours will be scheduled on a case by case basis by the EPC Manager. When approved, these sessions will be open to all courses.
Computers in the Evaluation and Proficiency Center are configured with the minimal software required for Test Delivery and Review. No printers, multimedia or copy machines are available in the Testing Center.

Graduate student assistants provide help with student check-in/out, login, self-paced review, and technical guidance including tutoring when available. They also have authority to maintain security for admission to the lab and for its equipment.
